Dennis Schwendemann was a well-known member of Cincinnati's community theatre family. He was involved with The Drama Workshop, Wyoming Players, and for the past several years, was a mainstay here at the Village Players in Fort Thomas. He served in many capacities at Village - Chairman, Director, Newsletter Editor, Parliamentarian, Actor - but he'll always be remembered for his tremendous contributions to the tech side. He was a superb sound designer, as anyone lucky enough to work with him knew. Dennis Schwedemann passed away on March 3, 2008.

Due to his devotion to technical theater, Village Players is starting a Technical Theater fund in his name. Memorial donations will be help Village Players upgrade the lighting system, electrical system and sound equipment. Donors will be acknowledged in the 2008-2009 season program and all donations are tax deductible. Donations can be mailed to Village Players, P.O. Box 75082 Ft. Thomas, KY 41075.
